Sit & Go - backgammon tournaments with a limited number of players (usually 4-64). The sit & go tournament begins one the maximum number of players are all sitting around the virtual game tables.

Event - the number of players is not limited but the tournament start time is scheduled in advance. The prize of the event tournament grows according to the growth in the number of players.

Swing - In short, it is a tournament that begins when all the players have the same amount of chips and ends with the only player who still has chips.

Satellite - tournament in which the grand prize is free entry to another backgammon tourney

Knockout - a backgammon tournament consists of several rounds in which the winners of the first round continue to the next round, and so on until only one active table remains.
